- ProsperWorks is a customer relationship management (CRM) system designed specifically for small businesses and entrepreneurs. It allows you to capture contact information and leads from Gmail to make it easy to manage relationships with current and prospective customers. The software allows you to sort your contacts into contacts lists, including prospects and customers. You can also add notes to contacts, create and send emails, track interactive actions, and set up automated emails and other actions to be sent automatically. With automated emails, you can create and send personalized emails from within the software, saving you time, and many of the emails you send out will be automatically tracked.
