What is EOS?

EOS is a blockchain protocol powered by the native cryptocurrency EOS. The EOS.IO team has been working on the EOS.IO network since 2015. The team is currently managing multiple software development projects on the EOS.IO network, including the EOS.IO operating system, the EOS.IO blockchain client and the EOS.IO smart contract platform.
