What is NEO NEO?: NEO was created in 2013 by Da Hongfei and Erik Zhang. It is a Chinese blockchain-based smart economy project and provides a platform for smart contracts. It is the first major Chinese project to win the trust of the financial community. It was listed on the first day of its ICO in September of 2017, and its initial coin offering has raised more than $200 million. It has also become the world's 10th largest cryptocurrency by market capitalization and is the first Chinese cryptocurrency to be ranked in the top 10.
